This ranch style home sits on Mt. Soledad overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. Originally, built in the early 70’s this home needed some help. The Owners sat down with Architect, Bob Belanger and came up with some simple modification to the exterior elevations and a complete overhaul inside. We gutted the home and immediately went to work adding 1,000 square feet to the master suite and replacing the conventional roof framing with scissor trusses to give some height to the interior living space.

The four sided fireplace was strategically placed in the center of the main living area so it could be enjoyed by everyone. We custom built an awesome home theater in this home complete with a retractable projection screen and it’s just like being at the movies only better. All the features and appointments of this whole house remodel where custom made especially for our clients.
